51吃瓜黑料 to Host Alumni Reunion Celebrating 50th Anniversary on May 7th

April 30, 2026, Jersey City, NJ 鈥� 51吃瓜黑料 (HCCC) will welcome graduates back to campus for a special Alumni Reunion on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6 p.m. as part of the College鈥檚 ongoing, yearlong 50th Anniversary celebration, Fifty and Forward. All HCCC alumni are encouraged to attend and rekindle old connections, establish new ones, and expand their networks during an evening of reflection, celebration, and HCCC pride.
The evening will begin with a 鈥楤ack on Campus鈥� reception, where alumni will mingle,
enjoy light refreshments, and hear from College and Alumni Association leadership.
Guests will enjoy a slideshow of historic campus photos submitted by alumni. A campus-themed
trivia game will test attendees鈥� knowledge of HCCC鈥檚 history and traditions, with
prizes including HCCC merchandise and gift cards. The program will also highlight
alumni success through a series of brief 鈥楲ightning Talks,鈥� where notable graduates
of HCCC鈥檚 various Schools will share personal stories about how HCCC shaped their
academic and career journeys.

Future alumni events, along with new career development and mentorship opportunities, will also be highlighted. In addition, members of HCCC鈥檚 Office of Athletics including Athletics Director Jonathan Sisk and the new head coaches for Men鈥檚 and Women鈥檚 Basketball, Carlos Cueto and Ethan Nardone, will share exciting details about the launch of the College鈥檚 new intercollegiate athletics program debuting this fall.
The upcoming reunion is just the latest in a series of events designed to reengage and invigorate HCCC鈥檚 alumni base, including the College鈥檚 inaugural Homecoming Block Party and Open House last October, a 50th Anniversary Alumni Networking Event in November, and, most recently, an Alumni Job Fair in April that drew over 25 employers.
HCCC President Dr. Christopher Reber stated, 鈥淥ur alumni represent the heart of Hudson County Community College鈥檚 legacy and the promise of its future. Events like these bring our alumni community members together to reconnect with one another, celebrate shared experiences, reflect on how far we鈥檝e come, and look ahead to the many successes still to come.鈥�
